KPMG Burnout Awareness Workshop for Asian Women

AAOP collaborated with KPMG AFL to deliver a workshop for Asian Women on the topic of burnout awareness. The event focused on understanding what is burnout, how to identify it and ways to manage it.

Organisational Psychology Careers in Consulting

AAOP delivered their second Organisational Psychology Careers virtual event, this time focusing in consulting. This event featured 3 brilliant presenters Shiksha Datta, Joe Miao, and Tallie (Kyung-In) Min. During this 1.5 hour event, the presenters and attendees explored careers at the intersection of psychology and consulting, as well as celebrate Asian Australian talent in the field of Organisational Psychology

Job Readiness in Organisational Psychology Careers

This careers event was tailored for psychology students and early career psychologists seeking guidance on entering or progressing in the field of Organisational Psychology. The event featured a panel discussion with industry experts, Nitha Prakash and Zoe Teh, followed by interactive skills workshops led by panelists aimed at equipping participants with interviewing, CV/cover letter writing or personal branding skills.

Organisational Psychology Careers in Technology

Online, Zoom (14 September 2021)

The first AAOP careers event explored the intersection of psychology and technology. This event featured Zisheng Chen, Leanne Lee and Manfred Ng - 3 psychologists working in different roles across the Tech industry. This 1.5h event first delved into a panel discussion and then an interactive ‘Day in a Life’ workshop where participants had the opportunity to join break-out sessions facilitated by each panelist. 

Resilience Against Racism Workshops - City of Monash

Clayton Community Centre, Clayton (27 July - 30 November 2023)

AAOP partnered with Cultural Intelligence to deliver a series of Resilience against Racism Workshops for the public community in City of Monash. A series of workshops were delivered, from July to November, with each focusing on different ways of dealing with racism.
